Project Description
Première Équipe Architecture entrusted Seni with the complete redesign of its Montréal office — a transformation aimed at creating a modern, inspiring, and functional environment tailored to the firm’s dynamic culture.
The project included the selective demolition of existing partitions, the installation of new gypsum and glass walls to enhance natural light, and the complete renovation of meeting rooms, collaborative areas, and relaxation zones. Upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems were also undertaken, along with the integration of custom-made furniture and high-end millwork — striking the perfect balance between elegance, utility, and comfort.
Challenge
The project had to be completed in an occupied environment, requiring minimal disruption to the firm’s day-to-day operations. The integration of new technical infrastructure into an existing layout demanded tight coordination across all trades.
Spatial optimization was also a key challenge: the design needed to accommodate both collaborative and private work areas suited to an architectural firm’s workflow. On top of that, tight timelines and the need for consistency in materials and finishes called for flawless execution from start to finish.
Expertise
Seni brought its full expertise in complex interior fit-outs to deliver a workspace that meets the exacting standards of a design-focused client. From acoustic glass partitions and custom millwork to suspended ceilings and upgraded electromechanical systems, every detail was executed with precision and care.
Working in an active workspace required disciplined project management, seamless communication with the client team, and exemplary interdisciplinary coordination. The result: a renewed office environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and long-term efficiency.
