Project Description
Seni was brought in to breathe new life into an abandoned building, leading its complete transformation into a modern, inspiring, and multifunctional industrial space. Spread over two floors, the project features bright new offices, a streamlined warehouse, a conference room, a welcoming lounge, and—at the request of the new owner—a virtual golf area. It’s the perfect blend of productivity and well-being.
Our mandate covered every step of the process, from soil decontamination to turnkey interior development: structure, envelope, partitions, flooring, lighting systems, plumbing, and custom furniture. Every detail was carefully designed to create a high-performing, comfortable, and flexible work environment.
Challenge
From day one, this project pushed our teams to go above and beyond. The soil decontamination phase, essential to the success of the entire transformation, demanded precision and technical expertise. Adding a floor within the existing structure presented significant structural challenges—masterfully handled by our experts.
Working in a dense urban setting also came with its own logistical hurdles: restricted access, noise constraints, delivery scheduling, and tight coordination between trades. Designing such a diverse mix of spaces—warehouse, work zones, recreational areas, and a rooftop terrace—required a highly collaborative and integrated approach.
Expertise
At Seni, every project is an opportunity to raise the bar. With our proven track record in managing complex construction projects, we delivered a workspace that fully aligns with our client’s bold vision: innovative, fluid, and built to last.
The result
A fully reimagined building that’s as functional as it is beautiful. Office spaces that encourage synergy, breakout zones that inspire, and logistics facilities that meet modern demands—all in a cohesive environment where architecture enhances both performance and quality of life.
